We’re looking for an AI-driven UI/UX Designer who can combine design strategy, creative vision, and the power of AI to craft beautiful, high-converting web experiences. You’ll collaborate directly with front-end and QA engineers to ensure flawless design execution and visual consistency across every site, funnel, and app.

Job Summary

As an AI UI/UX Designer, you’ll design, prototype, and refine responsive websites, dashboards, and marketing funnels using Figma and a suite of AI-powered design tools.

You’ll experiment with Google Veo, Nano Banana, Runway Gen-2, and Midjourney for rapid visual concepting, video generation, and creative ideation — while leveraging Figma AI, Claude Code, and Codex to automate layout generation, asset creation, and documentation.

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll take responsibility for the entire design lifecycle — from concept through QA — ensuring visual excellence and user delight.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype responsive websites, apps, and funnels using Figma and modern design systems.

• Use AI tools (Figma AI, Claude Code, Codex) to generate layouts, color palettes, and component structures quickly.

• Create visual and motion assets with Google Veo, Nano Banana, Runway Gen-2, Midjourney, and other AI creative tools.

• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers to translate designs into polished, production-ready UI components.

• Partner with QA engineers to review implementation, ensuring design accuracy, typography, spacing, and accessibility.

• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides across multiple projects.

• Conduct usability reviews and propose improvements for UI clarity, speed, and conversion performance.

• Take full ownership of design quality and delivery speed — ensuring every deliverable meets AutomateDXP’s visual and performance standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2–5 years in UI/UX or product design (agency or SaaS experience preferred).

Core Skills:

• Expert in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, variants).

• Strong grasp of responsive design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience collaborating with engineers on Rails, React, or Next.js front ends.

AI-First Design Mindset:

• Comfortable using AI design tools (Figma AI, Codex, Claude Code).

• Creative familiarity with Google Veo, Nano Banana, Runway Gen-2, or Midjourney for concept, image, or video generation.

• Excited to push the limits of design automation and rapid prototyping.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or AI-driven animation tools.

• Experience conducting UX audits and improving conversion funnels.

• Understanding of accessibility and design QA workflows.

Mindset:
