We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead and coordinate client and internal projects across a variety of digital services and be the key link between our clients, designers, developers, and automation specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple client accounts, including web app development, CRM customizations, web design, and automation projects.
• Coordinate internal team members, including developers, designers, and contractors, to ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal or external clients, ensuring clear and timely communication, managing expectations, and translating technical requirements into business language.
• Break down projects into actionable tasks using our proprietary project management system.
• Monitor project progress, flag risks early, and proactively troubleshoot potential roadblocks.
• Collaborate with the founder and leadership team to prioritize projects and streamline operations.
• Manage quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and technical standards.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs for recurring processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 3+ years experience managing digital or software development projects (preferably at a SaaS or digital agency).
• Proven experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, High Level etc.) and marketing automation tools.
• Familiar with agile project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of web design, automation workflows, lead generation funnels, SMS, email campaigns, and more.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn automation tools, API integrations, or working with no-code/low-code tools.
